Objective: Working as an administrative assistant you will assist students while they're actively enrolled or graduated. Responsibilities of an administrative assistant include meeting with students, documentation, data entry, filing, and more.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in clerical tasks, file management, and excellent costumer service.

SET SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 10am-7pm; Fridays: 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Previous administrative expierence not required but preferred
  • Computer skills necessary
  • Phone etiquette
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
