Savora Food Industry LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, documentation, correspondence, and scheduling
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain proper company records
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Track renewals (licenses, approvals, employee visas, labor cards, and other compliance documents) and ensure timely action
- Follow up with the PRO regarding employee visa renewals, labor contracts, Emirates ID processing, and other government-related matters
- Prepare reports and updates for management
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth administrative workflow
- Assist with communication in Arabic and English
- Design and edit basic marketing or document materials using Canva and Photoshop
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (food industry experience preferred)
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Intermediate Canva and Photoshop editing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
