Administrative Assistant

A recognized education network in New York City is actively seeking a hardworking and versatile professional to join their team as an Executive Assistant.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm (but flexibility needed)
  • Setting: Onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support with a heavy focus on complex Google calendar management, cross-functional coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrate flexibility outside traditional 9-5 hours, supporting a busy CEO and team with dynamic, fast-changing priorities
  • Handling time-sensitive, confidential, and high-pressure tasks with professionalism, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO's existing EA team to ensure seamless coverage and operational efficiency
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an Administrative role
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Computer savvy, specifically Mac
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Solid problem-solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
