Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This role involves a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Process and maintain records and files, both physical and electronic.

Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Provide general support to visitors and staff.

Assist in the preparation of PO’s and some financial reports.

Perform data entry and maintain databases.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of experience

Strong command of English both verbal and written

Proven experience in an administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
