Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation mission is to provide outstanding affordable housing and redevelopment services to improve the quality of life of our residents and the community.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general organization of office operations supporting the management team, meeting the needs of residents, collecting rent payments, preparing reports of activities and account status, monitoring the properties operating practices to ensure customer service expectations are met.

Associate’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or Social Sciences from an accredited college or university preferred and at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative capacity in property management or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the essential job duties of the Administrative Assistant position. Candidate experience using Yardi Property Management Software preferred, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
