Administrative Assistant

EventLink Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Greeter to join the team supporting the BMW Performance Center in Thermal, CA. This role is part of the Greeter/Administrative Assistant team and serves as an important point of contact for program participants, staff, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed job folders for program operations
  • Assign meeting/classroom designation
  • Ensure all closing reports are saved and processed
  • Schedule support staff as required
  • Produce name badges, certificates, gift bags, etc.
  • Support as program greeter and registration
  • Assist with program catering details
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to perform required work
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Works well with others in a group setting and able to contribute as a team member

Schedule:

  • Monday-Sunday (shifts vary, but includes Saturday and Sunday)
