Administrative Assistant – SCO Program
Access Care Partners
Full-Time | 35 hours/week
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( 8-4 or 9–5 schedule with 1-hour lunch)

Join Our Administrative Team

At Access Care Partners, we support individuals and families through coordinated, community-based care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the SCO (Senior Care Options) department, helping ensure accurate member information, smooth program operations, and effective communication across teams and partner organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Program & Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the SCO department, primarily for the One Care program
  • Provide backup support to the Operations Coordinator and other administrative staff
  • Assist with communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update member information across multiple databases
  • Coordinate, generate, and review monthly assessments and reassessments
  • Track member changes and produce monthly reports for internal teams
  • Cross-check reports, authorizations, and data for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Monitor home visit schedules and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Communicate scheduling needs and irregularities to supervisors
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations regarding member eligibility and transfers

Communication & Office Support

  • Communicate with Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) eligibility and other partner organizations
  • Assist with billing-related communication and reporting
  • Answer phones for the SCO program and provide reception desk coverage as scheduled
  • Provide Spanish-speaking phone support as needed

General Administrative Duties

  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Process authorizations, correspondence, and mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies and assist with office equipment upkeep
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and support additional SCO program needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative, clerical, or billing experience required
  • Associate degree in Administrative Assistance or related field preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple databases and systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours
  • Ability to pass background checks (CORI, SORI, etc.)

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday schedule (either 8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00 with a 1-hour lunch)
  • Opportunity for up to 2 remote workdays per week after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period (based on good standing)
