Administrative Assistant

<Duties>

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and record keeping
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files to streamline office workflows

<Qualifications>

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset

Pay: $24.20 - $29.14 per hour
