We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining database records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Preparing and issuing tax receipts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Performing bank-related errands, including making deposits
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Supporting staff with special projects and operational tasks as needed
  • Coordinating basic office needs
  • Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing incoming/outgoing mail

Skills

  • Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred
  • Experience with donor databases, invoicing, or basic accounting tasks is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial and donor information with discretion
  • Reliable transportation for bank and office-related errands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
  • Strong typing skills along with meticulous proofreading capabilities to ensure error-free documents
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times
