Pink Shell Resort is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant in the Engineering Department to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
· Writes, distributes, tracks, and files work orders for property maintenance
· Completes monthly inventory check and restocking
· Writes purchase orders necessary for inventory
· Maintains all equipment, guest rooms and vendor files
· Maintains all preventative maintenance and room care records
· Answers telephone, monitors every order line and dispatches workload
· Schedules and records minutes for monthly department meetings
· Learns and operates Micromain and HotSOS computer programs
· Maintains a declining balance sheet for each budgeted department account
· Performs all other duties as assigned
