Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting nutritional and administrative operations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth program coordination. This opportunity is ideal for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in detail-oriented tasks and enjoys contributing to educational initiatives.


What you get to do every single day:

• Maintain and update a comprehensive master document to track materials, and weekly programming schedules.

• Prepare, copy, and organize related materials for weekly programs.

• Answer and manage inbound calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance.

• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and office organization.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all documentation is completed with precision and timeliness.

• Utilize Google Suite and spreadsheets to organize and manage program data effectively.

• Support receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.

• Handle repetitive documentation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:

• Proficiency in Google Suite, including spreadsheets, for data management and organization.

• Strong bilingual communication skills, preferred for document translation and communication.

• Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on accuracy and organization.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with answering inbound calls and providing attentive customer service.

• Capable of handling repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or similar roles is a plus.
