Administrative Assistant

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE, Silicon Oasis

💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the organization. The role involves coordinating documentation, managing tenant records, and supporting various government-related processes related to property management and utilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare DEWA bills and invoices for payment in coordination with the Accounts team.
  • Process DEWA activation applications for tenants.
  • Create and maintain tenant records , issue contracts, and update CRM/ERP systems.
  • Scan and upload documentation to ERP systems for proper recordkeeping.
  • Manage Ejari certificates and Business Operating Permit (BOP) applications for new and renewing offices.
  • Maintain and manage service charge invoices for all buildings.
  • Generate fuel bills for the company and subsidiary entities and coordinate payments.
  • Manage RTA and SALIK accounts , including weekly top-ups.
  • Process insurance cheques, receipts, and premium payment certificates .
  • Add new buildings to ERP and Ejari systems .
  • Prepare Noqodi statements for payment processing.
  • Coordinate with building security to deliver contracts for tenant handover.
  • Requirements

    • Familiarity with DEWA, Ejari, BOP, and RTA processes in the UAE.
    • Previous administrative experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills .
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
