Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Timekeeper / Administrative Assistant to support a utility client in San Diego, CA. This role is essential to maintaining accurate timekeeping records for union employees while also providing administrative support to multiple internal teams.
This position is split evenly between timekeeping responsibilities and administrative duties. The individual in this role will track, review, and process approximately 50 union employee timesheets, ensuring all entries are accurate and submitted on time. Administrative responsibilities include scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating onsite events, running meetings, taking notes, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
The Timekeeper / Administrative Assistant will support two operational groups and may occasionally provide coverage for other departments when primary timekeepers are unavailable. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.
