Administrative Assistant

Sabro Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Karachi team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring a professional environment and providing essential support to our staff and management. You will handle a variety of tasks ranging from front-desk coordination to data management and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Coordination: Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems; assist in preparing reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage office calendars, and assist in organizing company events.
  • Facility Support: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders; coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and utilities.
  • Logistics: Assist in travel arrangements and local commute coordination for team members as required.
  • Liaison: Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth internal communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Intermediate (Fsc, Ics, FA or Equivalent)
  • Experience: 1–1.5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with email management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
