Administrative Assistant

Our client in the Greenway Plaza area is seeking help to cover a maternity leave. We are seeking candidates that can interview and start right away. This will be a hybrid schedule with a starting pay rate between $24/hr - $26/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Investment team
• Calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports
• Special projects and act as a backup to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of administrative assistant experience supporting senior leadership ideally within financial services or in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
