As an Administrative Assistant 3, you will deliver reliable administrative support that enables the department to run smoothly and deliver on project objectives. You will coordinate travel, manage calendars, process vendor and purchasing requests, and support meetings for stakeholders across the organization. Work model: Onsite in San Jose.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

Book travel arrangements and manage complex itineraries.

Schedule meetings and manage calendars for team members.

Screen and prioritize incoming mail and requests.

Coordinate logistics for seminars, workshops, off-site meetings, and team events.

Set up new vendors in the organization’s payment system.

Process and track purchase order requisitions and recommend office supply purchases.

Process sponsorship requests and maintain meeting notes and records.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

6–9 years of relevant administrative experience.

Proven ability to manage travel, scheduling, and calendar coordination.

Experience processing purchase orders and setting up vendors in payment systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for note taking and record keeping.

Ability to independently handle moderately complex assignments and exercise good judgment.

Pay Range

$37.43 - $46.79/hour
