Administrative Assistant and HR Specialist

We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant & HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations while assisting with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, and supporting onboarding processes. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in administrative or HR support roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration and/or HR roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
