Administrative Assistant - Arabic & English Speaker

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. Candidates must have proven experience in real estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Maintain property files, contracts, and client records.
  • Coordinate listings, marketing activities, and CRM/database management.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support office operations and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
