Position Overview

Shige’s Premier Auto Service is seeking a business-minded Executive Operations Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support the owner and management team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and interested in learning how a successful business operates behind the scenes. The position will assist with administrative organization, operational reporting, and monitoring key business metrics such as sales performance, technician productivity, inventory, and expenses.

This position works directly with the business owner and provides visibility into the operational and financial performance of the company.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes and wants to grow within a company that is expanding its operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Organization

  • Scan and digitize business records
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Manage employee documentation and HR files
  • Organize vendor invoices and records

Business Data & KPI Tracking

  • Track weekly sales numbers and performance metrics
  • Monitor technician productivity reports
  • Assist with tracking parts margins and expenses
  • Prepare weekly operational dashboards for management

Financial & Transaction Oversight

  • Review and categorize company expenses
  • Track vendor purchases and inventory levels
  • Organize documentation for bookkeeping and accounting
  • Identify inconsistencies or unusual transactions

Operations Support

  • Assist with internal reporting between departments
  • Track operational projects and equipment purchases
  • Support onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Help implement systems that improve business organization

Compensation

Pay range depending on experience:

$24 – $34 per hour

Opportunity to grow into expanded operational responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
