We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive, and organized Administrative & Personal Assistant to support the Owner and manage coordination across our F&B brands.
The role combines executive support, operations coordination, and administrative management, and requires someone who is fast, discreet, and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Executive & Personal Support
- Manage the Owner’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Screen and respond to emails and WhatsApp communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Handle confidential documents with high discretion
- Arrange travel, bookings, and personal scheduling when required
Administrative Management
- Organize files, contracts, and brand documentation
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and management action items
- Maintain proper record keeping across brands
- Assist in preparing internal memos and announcements
Operations Coordination (Across All Brands)
- Follow up with outlet managers on daily requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution
- Support implementation of SOPs and operational processes
- Assist in event and campaign coordination
Communication & Support
- Act as central coordination point between management and outlets
- Handle basic customer or partner inquiries when needed
- Support HR coordination (leave tracking, staff documents, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
