We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant specializing in purchasing to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with purchasing activities by processing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records using tools like QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service.
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or vendors as needed.
- Handle clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations, including organizing files and supporting administrative projects.
Requirements
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is essential; familiarity with office management is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred for handling bookkeeping tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clients or vendors.
- Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist positions is beneficial.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
