Administrative Assistant/Dispatch

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk service
- Manage phone systems, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize computerized systems to organize and manage documents

Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
