Administrative Assistant/Secretary

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for executives or team members
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and prompt responses to inquiries
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and oversee general office management tasks
  • Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and appointment scheduling

Experience

  • Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly used within the community served
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide top-tier customer support
  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with office management practices including filing systems, data entry, and calendar management

Pay: $22.77 - $27.43 per hour
