Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to take on the following responsibilities: Female Only

 Administrate the company website as well as other CRM accounts such as: Property finder, Bayut.com (brokerpad), dubizzle, booking.com, DTCM, Nakheel, Damac Living Portal and ecmpermit.

 Establish efficient workflow processes and monitor the daily productivity of the operation team.

 Manages the in-house contractor's and/or third-party contractor's schedules. Handles urgent requests and has good time management skills.

 Coordinate with the clients and agents concerning property inquiry and/or Maintenance related concerns.

 Processes Trade License Registration, Employment Visa Registration & cancellation through DMCC portal. - Has general knowledge about DMCC portal.

 Highly knowledgeable about Dubai Land Department (RERA) and Dubai Municipality.

 Can handle Insurance and Salary WPS registration, car licensing (RTA related concerns), etc.

 Provide and processes clearance for out-going tenants.

 Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Knowledgeable in conducting psychological assessments and tests
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Good knowledge of property and real estate industry
 Extensive hands-on experience in all Microsoft Applications
 Great sense of responsibility
 Highly motivated and goal – oriented
 Can work under pressure with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
