We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to take on the following responsibilities: Female Only
Administrate the company website as well as other CRM accounts such as: Property finder, Bayut.com (brokerpad), dubizzle, booking.com, DTCM, Nakheel, Damac Living Portal and ecmpermit.
Establish efficient workflow processes and monitor the daily productivity of the operation team.
Manages the in-house contractor's and/or third-party contractor's schedules. Handles urgent requests and has good time management skills.
Coordinate with the clients and agents concerning property inquiry and/or Maintenance related concerns.
Processes Trade License Registration, Employment Visa Registration & cancellation through DMCC portal. - Has general knowledge about DMCC portal.
Highly knowledgeable about Dubai Land Department (RERA) and Dubai Municipality.
Can handle Insurance and Salary WPS registration, car licensing (RTA related concerns), etc.
Provide and processes clearance for out-going tenants.
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledgeable in conducting psychological assessments and tests
Strong interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of property and real estate industry
Extensive hands-on experience in all Microsoft Applications
Great sense of responsibility
Highly motivated and goal – oriented
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
