What You’ll Do

Serve as the main on-site point of contact for daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination

Welcome and assist guests, job candidates and partners, managing building access and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience

Oversee office upkeep, supply management, and mail and package coordination

Organize logistics for on-site meetings and events, including parking, AV setup, catering, and room preparation

Provide administrative support to the San Francisco leadership team, including scheduling, submitting expense reports, gathering information, coordinating activities and completing other administrative projects as assigned

What You Need
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
At least two years of experience in administrative support, office management or operations coordination preferred; previous work in a startup environment a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

Experience using Notion for daily workflow preferred

A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office up to five days a week required

Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
