Administrative Coordinator

Position: Administrative Coordinator

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location: Riyadh

· Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Saudi region.

· Act as a central point of contact between regional offices and external stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and regional reports.

· Prepare, review, organize, and maintain all official documents related to the Saudi region.

· Ensure proper filing (physical and electronic) of contracts, licenses, permits, letters, and approvals.

· Coordinate documentation related to government entities (e.g., ministries, chambers, banks, and other authorities).

· Ensure all documentation complies with Saudi labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Basic Requirements:

· 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

· Strong knowledge of documentation processes and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

· Familiarity with ERP platforms, and MS Office.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
