Title- Administrative Coordinator
Duration- 3-month contract to start with
Location- West Chester, PA, 19380
Shift Timings- 8 am- 4:45 pm
Pay Rate- $25.00/ hr.
Summary
  • The role is a Transportation Coordinator assisting with the Transportation
  • Shift timings- M-F 8:00 am 4:45 pm

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute reports
  • Receive incoming phone calls and greets visitors
  • Maintain local personnel files for branch employees
  • Coordinate original documentation is sent to appropriate Corporate contacts as needed
  • Coordinate branch communication and special projects
  • Track and enter temporary employees into Kronos Time and Attendance system
  • Administer Corporate forms to branch employees as needed.
  • Perform other clerical functions to assist branch operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Proven professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels
