Administrator - Lighting Factory

We are seeking a detail-oriented Factory Administrator to manage daily administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves handling documentation, attendance records, inventory coordination, compliance support, and assisting the Factory Manager in smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production, attendance, and inventory records
  • Receive Work Orders from Head office & initiate work
  • Prepare Delivery Notes & Maintain Delivery Tracker
  • Submit Delivery Notes to Accounts for Invoicing Purpose
  • Prepare Timesheets for Factory Employees and coordinate with HR Department
  • Maintain all the documentation & filing related to ongoing and completed orders
  • Support statutory compliance and audit documentation
  • Liaise with vendors and manage office/factory supplies
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in factory or plant administration
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
