HR / Administrative Officer
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
- Lead and participate in employee discussions, disciplinary actions, and performance management meetings
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Assist management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner
- Support performance evaluation processes and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
Administrative
- Perform general administrative duties related to HR and daily office operations
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management, finance, and operations teams on administrative requirements
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence as required
- Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance-related documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
- Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations across multiple companies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR or Administration certifications are an advantage
