HR / Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Lead and participate in employee discussions, disciplinary actions, and performance management meetings
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist management with workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner
  • Support performance evaluation processes and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures

Administrative

  • Perform general administrative duties related to HR and daily office operations
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with management, finance, and operations teams on administrative requirements
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence as required
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance-related documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations across multiple companies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Administration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR or Administration certifications are an advantage
