The School of Medicine's Executive Vice Dean’s Office has an exciting opportunity for an innovative, detail oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills.
This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative support to the SOM Dean, Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, SOM Administrator, and Executive Project Director.
Duties include:
This individual must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, have superior judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and be a forward-looking thinker who can anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and take initiative.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
