Job Description: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory, Sunriver, OR Reports To: Finance & Operations Director
Employment Type: Part-Time, 28 hours/week (7-hour shifts)
Compensation Range: $21.00 – $24.00 hourly
Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory by providing strong administrative support and communication across the organization.
This role serves as a central hub for internal coordination and external communication, helping ensure that staff, members and partners receive timely information and that internal systems run smoothly.
In alignment with SNCO’s mission: to foster curiosity and create educational experiences that inspire a deeper connection to space and the natural world, this position enables the team to focus on mission-driven work by maintaining clear systems, organized information, and responsive communication.
