ob Summary: Unbound Now is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Executive to serve as a "force multiplier" for our Founder & CEO and the HQ Executive Leadership Team. This role manages the complex intersections of executive scheduling, media workflows, and additional leadership priorities with total clarity. Beyond digital management, you ensure and manage confidential data for on-site briefings, providing the logistical precision required for our leadership to operate at peak performance. We are looking for a disciplined, proactive professional who brings elite discretion, initiative, and poise to every task—ensuring our top leadership remains focused on our mission to empower survivors and prevent human trafficking.

Schedule/Availability: Generally, 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday; with one hour for lunch and occasional evenings/weekends; anticipated 40-45 hours/week.


Working conditions:
Work is performed in a normal office environment or other professional environment. Work duties may, on rare occasions, be performed in an environment requiring exposure to weather extremes, fumes, odors, and noise.


Travel:
This position may require limited travel for training and team/professional development opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:

Executive Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and logistics.
  • Draft and manage email correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare confidential briefing documents, board materials, agendas, and follow-up notes.
  • Track action items across the executive suite to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure "mission-ready" access to data.
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Communications, Media & Public Relations

  • Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos at events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
  • Assist in shooting simple video content (behind-the-scenes, leadership messages, donor thank-yous).
  • Coordinate with the communications team to ensure content aligns with brand standards
  • Research and pitch podcast opportunities; reach out to news outlets to expand the CEO’s leadership voice.
  • Book podcast appearances, interviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Draft media pitches, book interviews/speaking engagements, and maintain a media contact database.
  • Build relationships with journalists and influencers to expand Unbound Now’s presence in the anti-trafficking space.

Desired Outcomes and Key Competencies

  • Ability to see the "big picture" and pivot effectively in a fast-growing organization.
  • Uncompromising eye for detail in documentation and logistics. All executive materials (briefings, board decks, travel packets) are prepared and verified at least 24 hours in advance of any meeting or departure.
  • An increase in the CEO’s thought leadership footprint through a consistent cadence of podcast appearances, media placements, and high-quality digital content capture.
  • A self-starter who anticipates needs and owns tasks to completion. Confidential data and organizational files are maintained with total clarity and instant accessibility.
  • All outward-facing communication and media generated from the Executive Suite are 100% aligned with Unbound Now’s brand standards and core values.
  • Successful oversight of HQ Administrative Interns, resulting in high-quality support work that meets executive standards and provides a meaningful growth experience for the interns.
  • Professional and poised in both written and verbal interactions, and maintains the composure and discretion required for executive-level support.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-speed, professional setting, with a portfolio or proven track record in media coordination or content capture being a significant plus

Job Requirements:

  • Mature Christian faith, as evidenced by participation in a local Christian church.
  • Strong commitment to the mission and values of Unbound Now and abide by Unbound Now policies at all times.
  • Agree to take and pass a criminal background check and pass employment authorization verification.
  • Provide at least three references (supervisor, professional, and personal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multidisciplinary project skills, with the ability to provide elite written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the field of human trafficking and the programs and operations of Unbound Now.
  • Action-oriented, self-starter, innovative problem solver, and committed to excellence with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Competent in Google Suite, Canva, social media platforms, and basic video editing tools, and a willingness to learn all other Unbound Now platforms
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for work travel; valid driver’s license; reliable vehicle; current car insurance.
  • Submit expense documentation properly, travel reimbursement, time tracking (if applicable), and all training requirements within the required time frames per the company policies.
  • Skilled in calendar management, email communication, and experience with media outreach or podcast booking preferred
  • Ability to stay hope-filled in the fight against human trafficking.

Physical and Driving Requirements

  • Demands include sitting for long periods at a computer and repetitive hand motions from frequent keyboarding.
  • Demands frequently require close visual attention and prolonged mental concentration.
  • Demands frequent video calls.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicles and maintain proper insurance coverage.
  • Demands sometimes require the ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
