Administrative Support Executive
Nationality Requirement: Arabic-speaking candidate

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:

Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

Maintain and update internal records, logs, and departmental reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
Marine Department Support:
-
Assist with vessel documentation, port clearance paperwork, and marine operational coordination.

Liaise with external agencies as needed for marine-related documentation and approvals.
-
Track vessel-related deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Carbon Credit Support:

Help maintain project files, registration documents, and carbon credit data logs.

Coordinate with analysts and consultants to ensure timely submission of information.

Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and basic research related to carbon credit activities.
Support for New Business Lines:

Provide general administrative and coordination support as new activities are launched.

Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations as requested.

Assist in vendor coordination, documentation, and task tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:

Arabic-speaking candidate (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience.

Good organisational, documentation, and communication skills.

Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and handle cross-departmental requirements.

Familiarity with marine or environmental sectors is an advantage but not required.
