We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our management team in Dubai. This role is best suited for a male candidate who is fluent in Hindi, has strong organizational skills, and can effectively manage both routine administrative tasks and coordination responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration, executive assistance, or coordination roles, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment, closely supporting senior leadership and the Business Development team.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor coordination and office supply management
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—for company records and documentation
- Draft and format internal communications, memos, reports, and letters
- Assist with internal communication and coordinate between departments
Business Support
- Track client leads, follow up on proposals, and manage meeting schedules
- Prepare business documents, proposals, and presentations for client-facing activities
- Update and manage CRM entries to ensure accurate client data
- Organize logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel plans for senior executives
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Act as a point of contact on behalf of executives for internal and external communications
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or executive support roles
- Male candidates only (as per internal role-specific requirement)
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written); English fluency is also essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Candidates from North India preferred due to team alignment

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
