To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Administrative Intern

Job Purpose:

The Admin Intern will support the administrative team with various tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, providing exposure to a range of administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining visitor logs and managing visitor access.
  • Help schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Support the supervision of couriers, housekeeping staff, office boys, and janitors.
  • Assist in providing and managing administrative consumables, ensuring sufficient stock and timely replenishment.
  • Help supply facility stationeries and monitor their consumption.
  • Assist in ensuring car parking benefits are provided to employees and help resolve any related issues.
  • Support the management of visa requests for Geidea KSA employees.
  • Assist in handling hub requests for ADSL connections.
  • Help manage delegations involving public notaries.
  • Support the coordination of travel arrangements for all Geidea employees.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience.
  • Communication Experience (Must)
  • Detail Oriented (Must)
  • Creative Experience (Preferred)
  • Business Expertise (Must)

Duration:

  • 3-6 months (Subject to renewal)
