Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and oversee all administrative operations and support services within the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, compliance with policies, and delivering a high-quality workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations and office support services

• Manage facilities, maintenance, security, transportation, and workplace services

• Lead and supervise administrative teams to ensure smooth operations

• Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and performance standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements

• Develop and control budgets, optimize costs, and improve efficiency

• Handle emergency response planning and business continuity processes

• Maintain workplace standards including cleanliness, safety, and employee services

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in administration or related roles

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
