Admin & Employee Services Related Responsibilities:

Ensures all licenses, employees' visa/EID are up to date and follow up with the PRO before expiry.

Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for admin of benefits such as medical and life insurance and leaves.

Support the HR Manager in all HR and Administration operational processes.

Provide guidance, direction and advice to the Management team and employees regarding employment related issues including, but not limited to, the interpretation of company policies & procedures, recruitment & selection strategy, performance management, terminations, strategic planning, training & development, and benefits administration.

Handle the on boarding processes of new recruits and there after checking and arranging all the documents required for creating their personal files as per the guided checklist.
HR & Payroll Support Responsibilities :

Provide timely and accurate transactional support for employee life cycle events through partnering with internal HR teams (e.g. Talent Management, Payroll, HR Business Partners)

Working closely with HR & Finance Department to ensure that payroll actions are in conformance with the employment, benefits, best practices, and accounting procedures. Processing Leave & final settlements [EOSB] in accordance with employment contracts and UAE Labor Law.

Performing the full cycle for onboarding and offboarding using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, EC & Recruitment. Maintaining and updating records of employees using manual and computerized systems.

Actively participate in projects to develop, review, and improve HR processes.

Responsible for processing and analyzing monthly employee expense claims/reimbursements and timesheets in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Executing all policies and procedures pertaining to payroll, administration, and HR processing.
