Administrative Officer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure seamless office functionality
  • Manage facility services, vendor relationships, and office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa processing
  • Handle company establishment matters, including government registrations, renewals, permits, and licenses
  • Liaise with government offices, banks, and external stakeholders for documentation and compliance requirements
  • Support procurement and distribution of office equipment and resources
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and provide administrative support to employees
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and workshops
  • Prepare administrative reports and expense summaries for management

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or company establishment support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with government portals and company registration/compliance processes is a strong advantage
  • Strong documentation handling and record-keeping capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Adaptable and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment
