Administrative Officer

Job Summary


The Administrative Officer provides daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination between departments, and efficient workflow within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and employees.
  • Organize and maintain administrative files and documents (contracts, reports, correspondence).
  • Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and manage schedules.
  • Assist in preparing periodic administrative reports and statistics.
  • Handle simple administrative purchasing and coordinate with suppliers (office supplies).
  • Manage emails and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support team members with daily tasks as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (preferably in consulting or service companies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling documents and records.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
