The Administrative Officer 2 at the Miami-Dade County Permitting and Inspection Center serves as the primary point of contact for all New Construction fire permit matters. Operating out of the 11805 SW 26th Street location, this role reports directly to the Captain/Officer In Charge during standard business hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday). This role streamlines the tracking, scheduling, and management of fire permits using the Building Department’s mainframe (BNZ) and the Fire Mobile system. Additional responsibilities include utilizing Monday.com for real-time task management and team assignments, and managing billing processes and leveraging Excel for high-level data reporting and analysis.
