Receptionist/Administrator

Job Description

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: Cutler Bay

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with either Tuesday or Wednesday off)

- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Saturday availability is mandatory)

- Sunday: Off

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator at our Cutler Bay location. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

- Answering Calls: Greet and assist callers in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Customer Greetings: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors to our office.

- Administrative Support: Assist the office with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document organization.

- Purchase Orders: Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

- Invoices: Send invoices to the warehouse, maintaining proper documentation and records.

- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring all responsibilities are handled promptly.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in office work is preferred but not required. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, with an hourly rate of $16 per hour.
