About the Role:
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Admin – Documentation professional to manage company documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company documents, files, and records (physical & digital).
  • Prepare, review, and submit official documentation for company and employee related matters.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Assist with government and business correspondence when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper document version control.
  • Support PRO and HR teams with documentation for visa, Iqama, and licensing processes.
  • Handle general administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or documentation roles (experience in KSA preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in the KSA office.
