Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to work directly with leadership and help bring organization, structure, and follow-through to a growing healthcare practice and related ventures.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is organized and punctual
  • Enjoys creating order from complexity
  • Can manage multiple projects at once
  • Is comfortable learning new systems
  • Wants exposure to leadership and operations

You will help support daily operations, onboarding coordination, internal organization, and special projects. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into higher-level executive support over time.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items
  • Prepare documents, summaries, and reports
  • Support leadership with organization and follow-through

Onboarding & Staff Support (HR Coordination)

  • Assist with new hire onboarding organization
  • Maintain personnel documentation and training checklists
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communications
  • Support internal policy and knowledge organization

Project & Process Support

  • Assist with special projects across the organization
  • Help document workflows and systems
  • Organize shared files and internal resources
  • Support new initiatives as the practice grows

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to learn new systems

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in healthcare or professional office settings
  • Prior administrative or operations support experience
  • Experience assisting with onboarding or HR coordination
