Administrative Program Coordinator II – Leadership & Learning Programs

As Administrative Program Coordinator II, your work focuses on managing various projects, identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing department efficiency and cohesion. Ultimately, your efforts help ensure Cleveland Clinic can continue delivering the best patient care experience possible.

A caregiver in this position works a hybrid remote schedule from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Subject to change based on business needs

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Coordinate and support learning & leadership programs
Assist with program management and delivery
Act as a liaison across teams and stakeholders
Manage meetings, scheduling, and communications
Support projects, reporting, and presentations
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Maintain databases and program documentation

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
May require a license based on department/institute needs
High-level organization & multitasking
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Leadership support mindset
Problem-solving & critical thinking
Conflict resolution ability
Time management & scheduling ownership
Team collaboration & motivation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Healthcare, education programs, or related organization experience
Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education)

Physical Requirements:

High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
Good hearing acuity.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $43,200.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $65,880.00

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
