Administrative Receptionist

The Administrative Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and mail).
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when required.
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in office supply management and inventory tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
