Administrative Secretary

*Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and arranging appointments for team members.

*Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

*Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.

*Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and car rentals for business trips.

*Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies inventory.

COMMUNICATION

*Phone Calls: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.

*Internal Communication: Relaying messages, distributing information, and coordinating with other departments.

SUPPORT

*Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and printing documents, reports, and presentations.

*Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.

*Event Planning: Assisting with organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.

*Human Resources: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

*Finance: Processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.

*Project Management: Supporting project managers by tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and coordinating team members.

Experience:

  • Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
