We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team.


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to oversee comprehensive workplace operations and administrative functions for our Turkey office. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and local regulatory knowledge to ensure smooth daily operations.


What do we expect from 'Administrative Specialist'?


  • Oversee office maintenance, including cleaning services, security personnel, and reception operations.
  • Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols in compliance with Turkish regulations.
  • Execute office supply procurement within budget guidelines and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain IT equipment and office asset registers; conduct regular asset audits.
  • Coordinate company vehicle maintenance and staff accommodation allocations.
  • Process and reconcile administrative invoices/payments and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across various departments.


What does the Administrative Specialist need?


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office management (multinational company experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor laws and administrative regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Turkish and professional English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver’s license.
