BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE

Perform a wide range of human resources, administrative and office support activities for TCG Management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This will be completed in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible. Hourly pay range of $22-24.00 per hour.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for communication (answering phone, memos, meeting notices & preparation).
  • Respond to customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to all TCG Management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Records Management Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for recruitment and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Track, collect, process and communicate data.
  • Manage employee badges for the facilities access.
  • Administer drug screen testing.
  • Ensure accuracy of all HR documentation.
  • Track all employee absenteeism & tardiness.
  • Assist with payroll.
  • Coordinate and provide resolutions for employee issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED. A Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with key computer applications (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent oral, written, planning and organizational skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and work individually or in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor.
  • Detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements.
