We are a reputable contracting company in Qatar looking for an experienced Administrative Staff to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be currently in Qatar, available to join immediately, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.

Position: Administrative Staff Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Assistant to the General Manager

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive company information with professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.

2. HR Works

  • Assist in employee recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
  • Maintain and update staff files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and employee relations activities.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals, QID, and other HR-related tasks.

3. Project Coordination

  • Support project teams with documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for project requirements.
  • Prepare project-related reports and maintain communication between departments.

4. Cost Control & Documentation

  • Assist in monitoring project costs, budget updates, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, updated, and accessible.
  • Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and other cost-related documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration within a construction or contracting company.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
