Administrative Staff at Trading and Restaurant Operation

mogobogbo Restaurant is the business unit of HAAN Trading. We are looking for an Administrative Staff who will support the smooth operations of both the restaurant and the trading company.

Your new Korean hot place in town. This is for you who love K-food, K-pop, K-drama, Korean cultures, or any K-stuffs. Working as a team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative support to restaurant operations and management
• Monitor inventory and place timely orders based on consumption
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain records, schedules, and reports using MS Office
• Support documentation and tasks related to the trading company
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• More than 1 year experience
• University degree
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in F&B or trading is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
